A residential building on Siayvo St, 16, in Levandivka district, could have been constructed as a revenue house.

In 1935, the house number 16 was owned by Piotr and Elżbieta Seibert.

A two-story building with an attic. The ground floor is decorated with a clinker brick. It is smoothly plastered. Here and there, the original carpentry, segmented by muntin, has been preserved. There are corner windows with piers.

The roof is gable. There is a depression on the facade, probably from a sacred sculpture.

The interior is rather poor. Few authentic elements have been preserved.

The flight of stairs is simply made, the rails are poorly decorated. Authentic door has been preserved here and there.

In Soviet times, the house served as the canteen of a ceramic factory. Later, a kindergarten. The building submits to the Zaliznychnyi and Shevchenkivskyi Education Departments, and the lower floor is currently rented by the Shkoliaryk company.

The second story is abandoned. The education department plans to re-open a kindergarten here.

This three-story villa is located in a side lane of Halytskoi Armii Street, 3a (formerly Hlinky Street), within a villa district.

The tenement house was built at the turn of 1920-1930 years. The building had 5 floors, which at that time meant an expensive project. It was included in the historical buildings of Romanowicza (Saksahanskoho) Street.

The tenement number 5 was raised in late 1935. In two years, the house was put into operation. The drawings were made by architect Jakub Menker.

Building on Heroyiv Maidanu St, 5B

A four-story residential building designed as a revenue house on the corner of modern Glinka and Heroyiv Maidanu streets. The construction works started in late 1935. The construction was supervised by architectural engineer Antoni Liśkiewicz. The tenement was finished in 1938.

Building on Rutkovycha St, 7-7A

A residential building raised as a revenue house on the site of a 19th-century villa. Maria and Zygmunt Flitter are indicated as the landowners. The building is an architectural landmark.
